I had a great overnight stay here. The rooms are starting to look a little tired, but mine was amazing as it faced onto the area where horses would train. The service was very friendly and helpful, although there was a minor issue with payment that I had to sort out. The location is excellent with beautiful views and surroundings, especially during the holidays. The dining experience was lovely but could use a few more options and the facilities were satisfactory.
Staying in the Wedding Suite with a king-size bed and a nice view was ideal even for a single person, very clean, but missed breakfast due to early timings. The service from the staff was professional, very pleasant, and attentive. The location is beautiful with a great hot tub, sauna, and seating, although uncomfortable at times with many people sitting on laptops. The dining options were limited but available for delivery to the room. Overall, a lovely experience with some room for improvement in breakfast service.
The hotel had some drawbacks in terms of room quality, but the staff and location made up for it. The dining options were good overall. The facilities provided a mix of positive and negative experiences.
